Wrapping up Curborough for the Winter

As the summer draws to a close, so does the sprinting season at Curborough.

That means there's one last thing to do - it is time to put Curborough to bed for another year.

The jobs are very straightforward and we're asking all club members to come along and spare a little of their time on the morning of Sunday 1^st November. We'll be starting at 10am and should be all wrapped up by midday.

If you've made use of Curborough this year, either by competing or at our increasingly popular club afternoons, we'd really appreciate if you could come along and help out.

Event Cancellation 19th September

Please note that the HDLCC Sprint on Saturday 19th September has been cancelled due to lack of entries.
The SDCC Sprint on the Sunday 20th WILL go ahead as normal.

SDCC 20th September Sprint

Due to a shortfall in entries received the Shenstone & DCC
'Championship' Sprint on Sunday 20 Sept. 2009 is now open to SDCC
members as well as Curborough and Midland Speed Championship
contenders. Regs/Entry Forms are available for download on this web
site as well as the usual electronic entry facility. Any problems

Sunday 23rd August Meeting Cancelled

Please note that the Motorcycle Sprint on Sunday 23rd August has been cancelled.

Marshals Request

In order for SDCC to organise and run efficient and safe meetings we need more members and competitors volunteering to marshal at meetings.
We have a dedicated group of experienced marshals who regularly turn out to help, but at our July sprint the MSA steward had an issue with "dual roling" of marshals, so we need more numbers to ensure our meetings can continue.

ENTRY FEES POLICY FOR 2009

Despite increasing costs SDCC are NOT increasing entry fees for the above Sprint meeting which is being held at 2008 entry fee levels.
