2011 SDCC Dates
We can confirm Shenstone & District Car Club dates for 2011 as follows:
Sunday 27th March......Members Sprint
Sunday 22nd May.......Sprint
Sunday 5th June......Intro to Sprinting Day
Sunday 17th July.......Sprint
Sunday 18th September......Sprint
Curborough Calendar will be updated for all meetings on the website shortly.

Can you please confirm the minimum licence requirement for the Members Sprint on the 27.3.2011.

The SDCC Members Sprint on 27/03/11 operates under an MSA 'Clubmans'
Permit (to keep costs to a minimum) - but this still requires a
National B Speed (or any Nat. B) competition licence - which is also
then applicable for the other SDCC Sprints in 2011. Regards John

This is probably a daft question but here goes. Is the members sprint on March 27 only for SDCC members?
And while I'm here, I'll ask another one. The website says track days are free for members. Can you tell me how often these happen?

Yes the "Members Sprint" in March is for SDCC members only, see previous comments for licence requirements.
"Club Afternoon" events are organised by SDCC and are free to members, with around 6 per year being held. You would be informed of dates via newsletter when you join.
They may not be interpreted as a "track day", different rules may apply but again full details are published in the newsletter so you know what to expect when you go.
Obviously if you want a "proper" track day they would cost you a lot more anyway!!!
