March 30th Sprint Meeting

Many thanks to all officials and marshals who made the first Sprint of the season a great success.
We were very lucky with the weather, everyone having the chance of six runs all in the dry!!!

SDCC Pub Nite meeting

The next SDCC Pub Nite (an informal chance for a drink/meal and natter with fellow club members) is on Wednesday 2nd April at the Appleby Inn, Appleby Parva, near Twycross, Leics from 8pm.

The pub is on the A444 Nuneaton to Burton road, and is less than a mile from junction 11, M42.

There is ample parking and bar meals are served until 10pm

Latest from MSA

The website has been updated with the latest Press Release from the MSA, as well as the first edition of the new "E-Wheels" Magazine. This replaces the "Wheels" magazine that you used to get with your Newsletter.

SDCC members should by now have had a copy of this years Curborough Yearbook.

The online entry forms are now available for the SDCC July 6th and August 31st Sprints.

March 30th Sprint Meeting

Please be reminded that the closing date for entries to our March 30th Sprint Meeting is Friday 21st March.

Under a separate posting you will all receive a 2008 Curborough Yearbook.

Help!! -Again

We need a computer literate person to help with results at our sprint meetings at Curborough this year.
A computer and printer is brought to each meeting (SDCC only!) with a spreadsheet pre-loaded with entry list, and all you have to do is enter the times into the spreadsheet as times appear on a printout next to the computer.
You would be required from meeting start to meeting end, but we will supply you with food and coffee all day long!!!!

Working Party-Curborough-March 16th

Time to set up Curborough for the new season. Regular jobs include re erecting marshals start and paddock shelters, plus any other jobs on the Course Secretarys list.
Please try and spare a couple of hours between 10am and midday on Sunday March 16th, your help would be much appreciated.
